个人简介

20186月毕业于中国海洋大学医药学院,获得医学博士学位。20187月加入3044am永利集团官网生工学院张立新教授课题组进行博士后研究,已留校任教。长期从事微生物来源抗感染天然产物发现,生物合成及药效研究。迄今已在JACSJACS Au等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文8篇,已申请多项发明专利(已授权7项,申请3项)。

 

研究方向

微生物天然产物化学:基于自主构建高内涵菌种库资源,利用生信分析技术进行微生物抗感染天然产物基因组挖掘,结合高通量生物活性筛选模型及LC-MS/MSNMR层面排重技术,快速发现结构新颖的小分子活性成分;并在此基础上进行生物合成途径解析及体内外药效研究。
